Homer

Welcome to Homer Alaska
Definitely a place I wouldn't mind living

On the spit, Linda got a chance to try out her new camos
And I got to do some product placement for Cheese Its
Seeing how its hard enough to find an orange tent, we pitched it under an upside down tree

After Linda waged war with the birds, it was time to leave

You know your short when flowers grow taller than you do

Valdez

About a month before we left Alaska Linda realized there was a lot I still needed to see. So we jumped in the car and drove 5 hours to Valdez

It was really windy that day

After my bum had been dead for 41/2 hours, we finally made it and took a little hike

Gangsta Linda gonna pull outa 9 and bust a cap if yo dont back up off her grill foo!

Thats a big chunk of ice

After quenching my thirst, we were off to anchorage, were we would sleep for about 5 hours, I would call in sick and then drive another 5 hours to Homer Alaska

Reed Lakes

Last summer while up in Alaska, we went on a little hike called Reed Lakes. There are 3 beautiful glacially feed lakes. After reaching the 3rd lake and still felling unsatisfied, we climbed up the mountain to get a look at Bomber Glacier which rest in the valley of two ridges. During the second World War, a bomber crashed there and the wreckage remains.
My favorite view on the hike

This is the 3rd lake and the glacier is just over that peak

A final look at the lake and...
There it isHere at the peak, it was about 9pm and it would be

midnight before we got back to the car.
